1. Olive Oil

  • Slightly warm the olive oil before use
  • Gently applied on the affected area with the help of cotton ball
  • Let it stay there for 30 minutes
  • Wipeout the excess oil if any, as most of the all would have already been absorbed.
  • Repeat it to 3 times daily


2. Olive Oil with Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is antiseptic as well as anti-inflammatory. Coupled with olive oil it soothes the psoriasis far better than either of the ingredients alone.

  • Slightly warm one tablespoon of olive oil
  • Add 5 drops of tea tree oil and mix them well
  • Apply with a cotton ball in massage it for some time

5. Olive Oil and Sugar

6. Olive Oil and Turmeric

  • Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric to one tablespoon of slightly warm olive oil to make a fine paste
  • Apply the paste on the affected area
  • Leave it there for 15 minutes and wipe it off with warm water
