1.Thyme Tea for Allergies

Thyme is an excellent decongestant. Add half a teaspoon of dried Thyme herb in a cup of boiling water. Add ¼ teaspoon of honey. Make sure that you don’t consume this tea more than once a day. The best time is to take it before going to bed.

Add a few mint leaves to a cup of water and boil it. Strain the leaves and drink the tea. Peppermint tea has a refreshing taste and acts as an effective decongestant. It relieves congestion from the nose and respiratory tract. It also helps prevent allergic coughs and sinus problems.
