7 Home Remedies for Painful Armpit Lumps

1. Garlic


Garlic has very powerful anti-inflammatory capabilities. Add garlic to your daily diet. You can also swallow 1 garlic clove daily in the morning. Put a small garlic clove in your mouth and drink water to swallow it in the same way as you would swallow a tablet.

If the Garlic clove is too big then cut it into small pieces and consume it. Within 2-3 days your armpit lump should disappear.

2. Lemon

Lemon is not only rich in vitamin C but also possess anti-inflammatory capabilities. You can use the lemon juice in two different ways to treat your armpit lumps. One drink lemon juice 2-3 times daily and two, apply on the lump.

Extract juice from a lemon. Pour it in a glass full of water. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to it and stir well. Drink this juice 2-3 times daily.

Take a few drops of lemon juice in a teaspoon. Add equal number of water drops to dilute it. Apply directly on the armpit lump 2-3 times daily.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is a multipurpose treatment for many skin infections such as acne, cyst and ingrown hair due to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory capabilities. You can add eucalyptus oil to replace the smell of ACV with soothing smell of eucalyptus. Take a teaspoon of ACV, add 3-5 drops of eucalyptus oil. Dab the solution on the painful armpit lump with a cotton ball 2-3 times a day.

5. Green Tea Ice Cubes

Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and possesses anti-inflammatory capabilities. Brew green tea and fill it in your ice cube tray. Keep it in the refrigerator until the ice cubes are formed.

Dab green tea ice cube on the armpit bump. Keep it for 5 seconds, remove it and after 3 seconds again dab it on the lump.

Keep doing it for 10 minutes. The pain will disappear and the lump will gradually disappear in a couple of days of regular application of green tea ice cubes on the armpit lump 3-4 times a day.

6. Aloe Vera

Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on the armpit lump 2-3 times daily.

7. Coconut Oil

Gently massage the armpit lump with coconut oil before going to bed. once again massage the lump in the morning and take a warm bath. Within 2-3 days your armpit lump should go away.
