1. Indian Gooseberry

Indian gooseberry is popularly known as Amla in India is a very rich source of Vitamin C. All food items that contain Vitamin C are good for liver functioning. You can add amla pieces in salad, or add in the curd to eat it.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar helps the liver in its function of removing toxins faster. It metabolizes the fat easily.

YOu can consume Apple Cider Vinegar in many different ways. One of the simplest ways is to add a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water. Mix it well and drink it. Another way is to Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of honey to make a syrup and drink it.

3. Licorice

Licorice is a very powerful remedy to cure many liver diseases. It is particularly useful in treating non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

You can make tea of licorice by grinding licorice to make powder and adding it in the boiling water. Drink it 2 times a day.

4. Flax Seeds

5. Papaya Seed

Eat a 200gms of papaya pulp daily/ You can cut ripe papaya in slices and eat.

Grind dried papaya seeds and fill them in a glass container. Take a pinch of these dried papaya seeds powder in one tablespoon of lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Mix it well and drink. YOu can add water if the lemon taste is too sour.
