1. Egg white

You can decide to apply egg white only on the pimples or on the whole face. The choice is yours.

If you decide to apply only on the pimples, then dab a little egg white on the acne. Leave it overnight before you rinse your face in the morning.

If you can bear the smell, then apply it to your whole face. You will have glowing skin the next day morning, perhaps even without any traces of acne.

2. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are rich in vitamins A, C, and K all good for the skin. In addition, the antioxidant properties of tomatoes are helpful in acne, particularly during pregnancy.

You can apply tomatoes in two different ways.

  • Make Slices and keep them on the affected area for 15-30 minutes. Wash and clean you’re your face softly.
  • Make a paste of tomato and apply. This is a more powerful method. You can apply the paste to the affected area, and keep it there until it dries. Wash and clean.

3. Potato

Potato offers multiple benefits to the facial skin. Use raw potato slices for acne.

Cut potato into slices. Apply one slice to the affected area. If you have more acne, then use as many slices as required to cover the entire affected area. Keep it there for 10 minutes. Wash and clean your face.

You can use potatoes and milk. Boil a potato, remove the skin and mash it. Add some milk powder to make a thick paste. Apply to the affected area. Leave it there for 15-30 minutes. Wash and clean your face.

In addition to these remedies, you must take normal skin care precautions to avoid any outbreak of acne during pregnancy.

Keep your skin clean to remove dirt, surface oils, and dead skin cells. These things can clog pores leading to inflammation.

Even sweat during and after exercise is a potential hazard to clog pores and worsen acne. Keep the skin clean. Also, remember to be soft on your skin; any harsh and frequent vigorous washing can worsen the acne.
