Candida Infection Symptoms – How to Identify Symptoms of Candida Infection?

Candida is normally a healthy essential micro-organism residing in all mucus membranes in the body. When it overgrows it shows symptoms of Candida infection or overgrowth. These symptoms may range from problems inside the organs like stomach upset to brain lesions to skin problems like eczema and nail infection.

There is a huge list of Candida symptoms. Therefore there are possibilities of misinterpretations with other conditions whose symptoms are similar to Candida Infection Symptoms.

Cold hands and feet and low body temperature is a typical symptom of Candida. In addition other cold like symptoms include excessive mucus in the sinuses, nose, throat and lungs.
