Make a thick paste of pomegranate Peel in a few drops of cold water.

Apply the past on your bladder and take rest for 30 minutes. Wash your skin with tap water.

Do it twice daily for a week to get the best results.

4. Eat Fiber Rich Diet

Constipation can cause frequent urination as the pressure on bladder can make it overactive.

Anything that is a good remedy for constipation will improve your bladder activity in this case. Eat more fiber. Fruits and vegetables have more soluble fiber. Avoid red meat and fats and other constipation causing food items.

5. Drink Cumin Seeds Tea

Cumin Seeds rich in iron helps to strengthen general fitness. Cumin has exceptional medicinal properties to treat many conditions, and frequent urination is one of them.

Boil a teaspoon of Cumin Seeds in a glass of water. Steep it for 5 minutes and let the concoction cool to palatable temperature. Add a teaspoon of honey and drink it.
