How Aloe Vera Gel Can Help You Heal Acne and Repair Scars?

Aloe vera gel alone can cure your acne. You may not require any other ointment if you take care of your diet, exercise more and sleep well. In fact, the basics of good living will help regulate production of sebum which causes acne. If you can stop excess production of sebum you will not get acne or may just get mild acne.

So once you have adopted a routine of eating, exercising and sleeping well, do the following daily:

  • Wash your skin with mild antibacterial soap and water
  • Pat dry your facial skin with a towel
  • Cut a fresh leaf of aloe vera with a sharp knife and squeeze out the gel
  • Store the gel in a airtight jar in the refrigerator for future use
  • Apply the gel on the acne ridden area
  • Let it dry and then leave it there

Now you already have the fresh aloe vera gel. Repeat the above procedure 2-3 times a day.

This regular use will help you to get rid of your acne fast and also prevent any further breakout. Make sure that your diet is lean, you exercise at least 45 minutes daily and you sleep well for 8 hours during night time.
