Rice Mask for the Face to Look Younger

You already know that rice is a healthy food if consumed rationally. You perhaps are eating it, if not daily, occasionally. However you may not have realized the antioxidant property of rice has a very significant impact on keeping the skin looking younger and reducing wrinkles.

You need to make a rice mask and use it like any other facial mask to improve your skin conditions and look younger. In this case our objective is to make wrinkle free and youthful glowing skin.

We are not going to use the rice grains for the rice mask but we are going to use rice water.

In order to cook rice grainy, you usually add more water and boil the rice and when you see that the grains have reached the required consistency. You stop boiling it and strain the rice. You are going to use the strained water of rice for the mask.

The remaining rice water should be thick and starchy. It will if you do not add too much water while cooking the rice.

  • Take 1 tablespoon of strained rice water and leave the rest of the rice water for later use in rinsing
  • Add one tablespoon of full fat milk
  • Add one teaspoon of honey (if required add more)
  • Mix it well

Let the mixture bond well for some time. Your rice face mask is ready. Apply on your face and neck and leave it there for 30 minutes. Rinse it with the balanced rice water first and then with cool water. Dab your skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturizer such as Aloe Vera.

Do it 2-3 times a week and get back the glow in your skin. You will begin to look younger within a month of use of the rice mask.
