How to Prevent Dandruff?

Get little sunshine

Reduce or stop use of styling products like gels and sprays. These styling products build up oil in the scalp that causes it.

Daily shampooing

Cleaning hair and removing oil from the scalp is one of the best ways to prevent it. Make a habit of regular shampooing of the hair as an essential strategy against it.

Reduce stress

Stress affects functioning of the body mechanism and skin gets affected the worst.  Regular exercise helps stress reduction. Exercising open up all body pores. A nice shower after the exercise will remove all the toxins out of the skin.
