Celery and onions both contain a large amount of potassium and folic acid.  They make excellent home remedy for Anxiety. Eat raw or add both into your food and eat it during both lunch and dinner for two weeks

Make a tea by adding 2 teaspoons of the dried Rosemary to 1 cup boiling water; steep for 10 minutes, then drink. This drink will calm you down.

Inhaling rosemary incense also helps to ease anxiety.

Chamomile or thyme tea made in the similar ways also is very soothing to ease anxiety and panic attacks.

Do regular exercise for 45 minutes such as brisk walking. Good blood circulation and oxygen helps to ease anxiety. Exercise is one of the most effective home remedies for anxiety.

Even oil massage by warm sesame oil on entire body will be very helpful in easing the symptoms.

And at last keep track of the events and discussions that cause anxiety and learn to avoid them.
