Herpes Diet - Foods to Avoid And Why Add Lysine for Herpes

You can reduce consumption of these item or completely avoid. Lower the ratio worst the food. E.g Hazelnut with Lys/Arg ratio of 0.185 is worst food fro Herpes as compared to Pumpkin with ratio 1.
