One of the easiest home remedies for gas is to do the following yoga. Get into lying down on your back position in the bed. Stretch, bend, lift and pull both of your legs close to your chest. Remain in this position of some time and then slowly release the legs back into the bed. Do it 5-10 times.

Ginger has been found as a very powerful natural remedy for gas pain. You can use ginger squeeze or ginger powder.

A mixture of dry ginger powder and black salt taken after meals helps in releasing gas thus providing pain relief.

Squeeze an inch of ginger piece and a lemon in a small bowel. Add this liquid mixture to your food. This will not only add good taste but will act as one of the great natural remedies for gas and bloating.

You may have to stop eating certain gas causing foods like baked beans, cabbage, broccoli, whole grain foods and certain fruits like apple, peaches and pears etc. The list is big but remembers these are healthy food and you just afford to leave them forever.

Also change the lifestyle to prevent gas pain. Develop regular exercise regime, eat slowly and avoid high fat foods and smoking. Each one of these lifestyle changes will not only act as gas relief home remedy but also improve your overall health.
