It is almost impossible to not get irritated by a reoccurring cough. The most common coughing causes include exposure to numerous particles of dust, fumes and germs in the atmosphere. In addition to these common cough causes there are many underlying diseases responsible for it.

Coughing Causes 1- Postnasal Drip Syndrome.
Postnasal drip syndrome is one of the most common causes of chronic cough. Frequent nasal discharge, sensation of drainage in the back of the throat, and frequent throat clearing are all called postnasal drip syndrome. Generally postnasal drip is caused by sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and vasomotor rhinitis.
