How Acid Reflux and Indigestion are Related?


It is normal for some people to interchangeably use acid reflux and indigestion for describing the discomfort of digestive problems.

But indigestion and acid reflux are two different conditions!

Drinking warm liquids with food helps in better digestions than drinking cold water of other cold drinks. Change in just this one aspect of the habit can make a significant long term health benefits.

The other two good habits include; eat small meals more frequently and never overeat. These are the simplest yet difficult to follow acid reflux diet habits for many people.
